Welcome to the "CUMBERLAND PERRY PARANORMAL SOCIETY" site
The Cumberland Perry Paranormal group was formed in the Cumberland County, Perry County region of Pennsylvania. We are approximately 20 miles south of our capital of Harrisburg. We operate mainly in those regions branching out into the Adams, Dauphin and Franklin Counties as needed. We at the Cumberland Perry Paranormal (CPP) are actively searching for the paranormal. We investigate the paranormal in a very scientific manner, using some of the latest electronics in the field. Each member brings to CPP a different skillset which enables us to cover all aspects of the investigation from feelings in the area to being very analytical in our approach. We take our investigations very seriously, documenting each case in our software and supplying the client with a detailed report of our findings. We visit homes, cemeteries, we often can be found at the Gettysburg battlefield. The Cumberland Perry Paranormal Society, was formed by a group of like-minded people, wanting to investigate the paranormal.
Our mission is to investigate any possible paranormal activity. Analyze any noises, movement or apparitions, to ensure there are no other explanations except the paranormal.
Our members are very dedicated to be professional and take investigations very seriously. When we go on a hunt or hold meetings we have an agenda prepared ahead of time . We as a group try to find answers to the unknown so if you like sitting in a dark attic or basement send us an email.

 CPP March Mtg - 3/19/2010 19:45hr
Held at Thornwald Park
Attendees: Doug R, Doug Sr, Doug Jr, Justin, Jack, Chris, Scott and Jaimee
Talked about the upcoming Investigation at Bube’s brewery set tentatively on April 26th
A motion was made to purchase an 8 cam DVR unit. The unit will also capture audio from all 8 cams. The price of the unit is $699.00. The 4 cam unit we have will sold to Doug Sr for a cost of $200 to help offset the price of the new unit. Doug Sr said we would still have access to the old unit if needed.
May 1st is scheduled as a “Fun Day” at Gettysburg for the families to get together and for us to look around Gettysburg during daylight hours to find possible places to investigate.
We would like to plan another trip to the “Knickerbocker” Sept 18th is the tentative date for this. The price of the Knickerbocker has gone up from $15 to $25 dollars for this year.
Doug Sr purchased a Franks Box (Ghost Box) and two wireless mic’s to use in our upcoming investigations.
